A THOUGHT FOR THE DAY FROM VLAD

Greetings my children of the night! I have met many peoples in my travels...the rich, the poor, the beautiful, the ugly, the smart and the incredibly stupid. And yet no matter their social or economic standing, once they tasted Vlad's cold steel blade, they all bled the same. Make of that what you will. Ah, Vlad apologizes. Vlad can't focus today. Perhaps Vlad has been drinking too much iron poor blood. A good infidel is hard to find these days!

And do not forget....Vlad returns to KRYP-TV very soon! So until next time my children of the night, farewell!

Sorry about the above video, but as you can tell we had some major technical difficulties. Vlad can be a little temperamental at times, but I'm happy to announce that we dug him back up for another season on KRYP-TV. The plan Stan, will be more Ask Vlad episodes, more Scary Larry stand-up comedy and more wacked out monster craziness.

SOUVENIR POSTCARD FROM CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE

Can you believe with 12 Friday the 13th movies there was never one with fuzzy mascot characters? Yeah, I can’t believe it either. Jason went into space, he fought Freddy and even visited New York, but he never had the chance to terrorize a theme park.


Since movie fans have been deprived of this Friday the 13th movie, I decided to make up a fake movie prop postcard (using this original postcard) from the Jason movie you will never see, Friday the 13th Part XIII Camp Crystal Lake Family Fun Park.


In this bloody chapter, Jason comes back from the dead a few years after the last time he died to find that Camp Crystal Lake has been transformed into a theme park and he’s just in time for the grand opening!

I can see this prop postcard used in some background scenes, maybe on a postcard spinner rack in a gift shop or better yet impaled onto a poor helpless victim.

7th Annual Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards

VINCENT PRICE PROMOTES DR. PHIBES RIDES AGAIN ON THE DATING GAME

This Halloween episode of the Dating Game aired in 1972 and features Vincent Price. Vincent was promoting his new movie Dr. Phibes Rises Again and just as he did in the movie, he spoke for the young female contestant known only as Ms. X.



Bachelor #3's mystery date was actress Janit Baldwin who was promoting her first movie Prime Cut. She is now an accomplished fashion designer creating designer handbags.

The Dating Game gave away the best date in the history of the show - the young couple had the chance to attend the members only Halloween party at the The World Famous Hollywood Magic Castle. Lucky kids!

At the very end of this video clip is a nicely illustrated Haunted House card. If you blink you'll miss it, so here's a frame grab.
